Our Cape Cod Garden Grill is a beautiful fireplace grill with rustic charm. The unique white quartz surface and contrasting terracotta base and firebox surround are accented by the brilliant copper inlay at the front of the matelpiece.

Buschbeck outdoor fireplace grills are imported from Germany. They utilize a unique concrete formula with a beautiful and rugged quartz finish, with components that are steel reinforced for ultimate strength and durability. The unique double wall construction provides constant airflow, which keeps the outer surfaces cooler and higher temperatures in the specially engineered refractory panels that line the firebox.

BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

This product must ship LTL freight and a signature is required for delivery.
Please be sure to inspect the all freight shipments carefully and note any damages or missing items on the delivery receipt.
In the event of possible concealed damage, customers MUST write "Pending Inspection" next to their signature on the delivery receipt. Failure to write "Pending Inspection" on the delivery receipt will bar the customer from recovery for undiscovered/concealed damage, after the fact.

All deliveries will be common carrier "Curbside Delivery"
"Curbside Delivery" provides delivery made to curb at the end of the driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

On occasion, any item being shipped motor freight may be subjected to freight mishandling and damage could occur. Our freight company requires that any damage be noted upon delivery to ensure a replacement at no cost.

If the shipment arrives with obvious damage, please note that on the Bill of Lading and unpack and inspect the entire shipment. If a broken part is discovered, please also notate the part on the Bill of Lading.

CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces inspects your purchase before it leaves our warehouses. We do not ship damaged or defective products. Once your package(s) leaves our hands, the delivery company (ie: Fed Ex, R&L,Yellow etc.) assumes ALL responsibility for the safe delivery of your order. Once you sign for the delivery, you have released the delivery company from any and all responsibility for damage done during shipping of your order. So, when your order arrives, you should inspect ALL package(s) for signs of damage during shipment.

Inspect the package(s) for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this procedure. Unfortunately, all freight carriers are adamant about this and will not accept a claim for damage if you do not note any and all damage on the delivery receipt IN WRITING.

DO NOT feel rushed or pressured into signing until you have completed the inspection.

PLEASE take the time to inspect your delivery. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE BE SURE TO NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY TICKET. If the damage is severe or excessive, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at. If you sign of on it, it is yours. No exceptions!
